I subscribed but Vektor isn't in my Invite-only scripts list. #
Two usual causes. First, timing: access is usually on within a few hours of subscribing, often much faster — refresh TradingView and reopen Indicators → Invite-only scripts. Second, the username: access goes to the exact TradingView username you entered at checkout, so a typo sends it elsewhere — check and correct it yourself under your TradingView username in account settings; saving a new one re-queues the grant. Still missing a few hours after that? Email desk@vektoralgo.com with the username you want it on and the email you subscribed with.
I can't find the Invite-only scripts tab at all. #
On a TradingView chart, click the fx Indicators button (or press /). The Invite-only scripts tab is inside that dialog — it only appears once at least one script has been granted to your account. Also check you're logged in to the account you named at checkout, not a second one.
My access disappeared. #
Access follows your subscription: it ends when a canceled plan reaches the end of its paid period, or when a failed payment passes its 7-day grace window. Check your status at account.vektoralgo.com — the billing pageexplains each state. Subscription active but access gone anyway? Email the desk; that one's on us to fix.
The chart looks wrong? It probably isn't.
It isn't taking any trades. #
Usually correct behaviour, not a bug. Vektor sits flat without a confirmed trend — which is most days. Check the state table (bottom-right): if the state reads FLAT with no ⚠ warnings, the system is live and waiting. If the Setup row shows a warning, you're on the wrong symbol or timeframe — see markets and timeframes.
The signals look different from a screenshot I saw. #
Almost always one of three things: a different timeframe, a changed setting, or a different data feed (each broker prints slightly different bars, so entries can land a bar apart). Reset the script to defaults, load the expected chart, and compare again. What it is not: repainting — a printed signal never moves.
The tables aren't showing on my chart. #
Both tables are toggles: open the script's settings and re-enable the benchmark table and state table under Display. If the script errored entirely (rare), remove it from the chart and add it again.
Alerts quiet? Check these in order.
I can't create an alert on the script. #
Script alerts need a paid TradingView plan (Essential or higher) — TradingView's requirement, not ours. The alerts pagecovers what the free plan can and can't do.
The alert exists but never fires. #
In order: check the alert is still activein TradingView's alert panel (alerts can expire or be paused); confirm it was created on the right chart, symbol, and with the condition set to the Vektor strategy on Order fills only; and remember it only fires on an actual entry or exit — quiet weeks are normal. Recreate it per the alerts page if in doubt.
Push notifications don't reach my phone. #
Check the TradingView mobile app is installed and logged in to the same account, that notifications are allowed for it in your phone's settings, and that the alert has the push channel ticked. Email is a solid backup channel while you debug.
